Seamless Local Company Registration
A local company is a business that predominantly sells and buys goods and services within the domestic community/jurisdiction/market and is regulated by the Antigua and Barbuda Company Act 1995, No. 18 of 1995 (Company Act).
Establishing a local company is as easy as one, two, three.
This process requires the approval of a name search and reservation with the Intellectual Property and Commerce Office (IPCO) to ensure the name does not already exist on the register. This search could take approximately five (5) business days.
The following documents are required at minimum:
- Passport bio page OR two (2) government-issued IDs duly certified
- Proof of address all duly certified
- Two (2) reference letters (i.e. Bank and Professional)
