- The Companies Act 1995 of Antigua and Barbuda (as amended)
- The International Business Corporations Act 1982 (as amended)
- Corporate Management and Trust Service Providers Act, 2008 (as amended)
- Money Laundering & Prevention Act (1996) and the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005
NMSL is located in the Ursula Jones Building, Coolidge, Antigua, near V.C. Bird International Airport. Antigua and Barbuda is a politically stable and safe offshore corporate jurisdiction, offering the flexibility of modern corporate and regulatory legislative regimes tailored to the corporate and commercial maritime industry.
