Nautical Management Services Limited (NMSL) is a corporate entity established under the laws of Antigua and Barbuda in the year 2000. NMSL principally engages in corporate, secretarial, managerial, consulting and other related services for and on behalf of companies incorporated and registered under the Companies Act 1995 of Antigua and Barbuda as amended (the “Companies Act”) and the International Business Corporations Act 1982, as amended (the “IBC Act”).

NMSL is located in the Ursula Jones Building, Coolidge, Antigua near to the V.C. Bird International Airport; Antigua and Barbuda is a politically stable and safe offshore corporate jurisdiction offering the flexibility of modern corporate and regulatory legislative regimes to suit the corporate and commercial maritime industry.
